Start with a working session, not a slide deck.

Send us part of your application list before the call. We will model it live so you can judge Accqrate against your estate rather than a demonstration dataset.

Priced on the shape of your estate, not on seats you will never use.

Architecture repositories fail when only three people are licensed to touch them. Accqrate is licensed so that owners and contributors across the organisation can maintain their own records without a per-seat argument every time.
  • Platform subscription based on the number of companies and the catalogues in scope
  • Unlimited contributors for the people who own and confirm records
  • Named licences only for architects doing modelling and configuration
  • Onboarding quoted separately, and often delivered by a partner
  • No charge for read access, dashboards or the assistant

05Common questions
How long is a demoNinety minutes. The first thirty cover your estate and the questions you need answered. The rest is spent in the product against your data.
Can we trial itYes. Proofs of value run for four to six weeks against a defined scope, usually one entity and one or two catalogues.
Where is data hostedEU hosting is the default. Other regions are available. Data residency requirements can be confirmed before contracting.
Do you replace a CMDBNo. Accqrate holds architecture data and integrates with configuration management rather than duplicating it. The boundary is agreed during model design.
Can we migrate from another EA toolYes. Exports from existing repositories are imported through the same mapping process used for spreadsheets, with a review step before anything is committed.
